Through a movement-based approach using non-invasive exercises, bring awareness to an area of the body that is often ignored or misunderstood.
The workshop will cover some basic anatomy and physiology of the pelvis, as well as specific exercises to deepen awareness of the structure and function of the pelvic floor
and learn to enhance both health and function.

Using imagery, movement, breath, and postural work you will experience how to relax, tone, and strengthen this region and integrate this awareness and these practices into the body as a whole. We will also bring attention to how those muscles and their function are influenced by breath and posture and how to find more ease and power.
This holistic approach will allow you to incorporate these practices into any movement practice as well as into your daily life.
This workshop is open to all and will include physical practice as well as discussion.

Private and semi-private sessions are also available. Contact Lara here.
